Myers, Hubert

born Sep 28, 1913, in Ray county Missouri to John Myers and Maude Wise Myers. Lived in the Miami area most of his life. A veteran, he served in the Army during World War II. He received a bronze star, A Silver Star, an air medal and an air medal with oak leaf cluster. A former hard rock lead and zinc miner and a farmer and stockman. Married Karl Ellen Smith on Oct 11, 1941, in Commerce Okla, she survives. Burial in Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens cemetery, east of Miami.
