Murphy, Mildred

of Neosho Missouri, died Jan 20, 2003. She was 86. Born Jun 24, 1916, in Tennessee Illinois, to Elvin Westervelt and Blanche Armour Westervelt. Lived in Altamont Kansas, until 1979 when she moved to Grove Okla. During World War II, the Korea War and the Vietnam War, she worked in the Army Ammunitions Plant in Parsons Kansas. Married Lester Murphy on Feb 22, 1936, in Oswego Kansas. He preceded her in death in 1981. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant cemetery in Altamont.
