Minson, Vernon Monroe Sr.

of Vinita Okla died Feb 28, 2003, at his home. He was 84. Born Mar 25, 1918, in Craig county Okla to Duncan Cameron Minson and Mary Ann House Minson. He attended Couch and Vinita Schools graduating in 1936. On Dec 22, 1939, he married Mildred Vogel, the daughter of Ollie Vogel and Mattie Wagner Vogel in Vinita, she survives. He retired in March of 1980 as district operator of the Public Service Company of Okla after 35 years of service in Vinita. Burial in Fairview cemetery in Vinita.
