'Red' Marshal, of Fairland Okla, age 93, died Jan 21, 2002 at Miami hospital.

a photo. Born Oct 23, 1908, in Ottawa county Okla to Ave Marshall and Fannie Mae Kelly Marshall. He was a graduate of Fairland high school. Among other things he worked for the U.S. Postal Service from 1929 to 1989, delivering the mail by horseback his first year. Married Edna Mae Sparkman on Mar 13, 1952, in Joplin Missouri. She preceded him in death on Nov 23, 1993. Burial in the Fairland cemetery.
