Ludwig, Ruby B.

of Grove Okla, formerly of Bernice Okla, died Aug 13, 2003, at her home. She was 89.

Born Sep 18, 1913, in Copan to Archable L. Ballard and Cynthia Ellen Gladney Ballard. Lived in Phoenix Arizona, until she returned to the Grove area. She worked as a secretary for the Bureau of Indian Affairs and as a court clerk in Phoenix, before retiring after 35 years. Upon her return to Grove, she started teaching special education in the Grove School District until retiring at 65. Preceded in death by her husband, William C. Ludwig. Burial in Ballard cemetery in Bernice Okla.
