age 25, Picher Okla, was taken into custody on an anticipated charge of first-degree rape just days after his 14 year old girlfriend gave birth to their daughter...their relationship began about a year ago. Luciano and the girl's mother had previously lived together. The girl, who lives in rural Miami, and her baby were taken into protective custody and will be placed in foster care... "Okla law is quite clear that if someone over the age of 18 has sex with a person under the age of 14 it's first-degree rape," Ottawa county sheriff Dennis King said.
