born May 1, 1925, in Treece, to Lennie R. Box and Bessie Davis Box. She was a lifetime area resident of Treece, Baxter Springs Kansas, Picher and Wyandotte Okla. Married Dallas Jeffery in 1953. He preceded her in death in 1989. Cremated, with burial in Kansas in the Greenlawn cemetery in Cherokee county Kansas, northwest of Treece.
