Born Feb 12, 1939, in North Miami Okla to Clyde William Hulsey and Bessie Helen Chambers Hulsey. Lived in the Big Cabin area or 20 years moving from Tulsa Okla. A veteran, he served in the U.S. Navy. Married Diana Mae Bear on Jul 14, 1973, in Cleveland Okla, she survives. Burial in the G.A.R. cemetery, Miami.
