Hollabaugh, John B. Gordon

age 86, of Vinita Okla, died Nov 4, 2002, at his home. Born Jun 15, 1916, to John Tillman Hollabaugh and Hattie Mae Swaggerty Hollabaugh. He came to Craig county Okla, west of Welch Okla in a covered wagon in 1922. A veteran, he served as a lineman, cannoneer and anti-aircraft machine gunner in the 103rd Signal company of the U.S. Army during World War II. He served in Southern France, Naples, Italy, the Rhineland and Central Europe and received several medals. Honorably discharged in Sep 1945. Married Frieda Geraldine Foreman on Dec 8, 1945, she survives. Burial in the Martin cemetery.
