Heinen, Edwin James

of rural Fairland Okla died June 19, 2003, at his home after an illness. He was 72. Born Dec 17, 1930, in Okarche to John Heinen and Mary Loretta Higdon. Lived in Fairland for the past 16 years, moving from Albuquerque New Mexico. He was a Korean War veteran of the Navy. He was district manager for the Social Security Administration for 27 years, retiring in 1986. He married Betty L. Welch on Jun 1, 1977, in Tulsa Okla. She survives. Burial will be in Holy Trinity cemetery in Okarche.
