Gibson, Charles Edmond

age 55, died Mar 14, 2002, at his home. Born Dec 27, 1946, in Delaware county Okla to Edmond Gibson and Frances Bound Gibson. A veteran, he served in the Navy for seven years during the Vietnam War as an electronic technician attaining the rank of E-6. He served aboard the U.S.S. Ticonderoga CVS-14, at Cam Rahn Bay, Vietnam at the naval air station at Agana Guam and Lemoore Naval Air Station in Lemoore California. He received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with one bronze star, and the Good Conduct Medal. Married Janice Marie Robinson in 1974 in Poway California, she survives of Coweta Okla. Cremated at the Shipman funeral home and Crematory in Wagoner Okla. A burial place is not noted.
