A photo. Born Sep 9, 1911, in Fayetteville Arkansas to Charlie Elmer Friend and Lavina Conduff Friend. He was a resident of Miami for 10 years after moving from Seneca where he had lived for more than 60 years. He worked for 25 years at Milnot Milk Company in Seneca until he retired in 1974. He was known as Casey' to his co-workers. Married Clara Helen King on Oct 7, 1932, in Joplin Missouri, she survives. Burial in G.A.R. cemetery in Miami.
