Forbis, Agnes I.

of Quapaw Okla, died Jan 6, 2003. She was 53. Born May 2, 1949, in Vinita Okla to Walter Jim Galvin and Lucille Tayon Galvin. She was an employee of Outdoor Cap Co. for more than 10 years. She married Charles Forbis on Aug 10, 1967, in Vinita, he survives. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.
