Born Mar 13, 1910, in Afton Okla to John Lowry and Josie Mayes Lowry. Her mother later married Charley Gail and he helped raise her. She was a member of the Cherokee Indian Tribe. Married LeRoy H. Epps, in 1938, in Miami. He preceded her in death on Jun 16, 1969. Burial in the G.A.R. cemetery, Miami.
