Durbin, H. F.

Herb Durbin, a photo, died at 8:25 p.m. Monday, Mar 24, 2003, at a hospital in Joplin Missouri after a long illness. He was 88. Born Feb 18, 1915, in Todd. Lived in the Wyandotte Okla area for the past 25 years. He was ordained as a minister with the Assemblies of God in 1956 and has ministered in Okla and New Mexico as pastor and evangelist. He pioneered churches, had a radio ministry, wrote short stories and was a published poet. He married Nola Juanita Walker on Aug 15, 1933, in Vinita Okla. She survives. Burial will be at Olympus Cemetery in Grove Okla.
