of Shawnee Okla competes in the Ladies Fancy War Dance contest at the Quapaw Powwow. She was one of hundreds who converged at Quapaw Okla for the annual event. The powwow is a July Fourth tradition in Quapaw with a history of more than 100 years in the rural town.
