of Miami died Feb 23, 2003, at his home after an illness. He was 77.

born Jun 6, 1925, in Craig county Okla to Luther L. Duncan and Fannie E. Rhoads Duncan. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps. Married Bernita E. Dowell on Oct 23, 1943, in Independence Kansas, she survives. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Chetopa Kansas.
