born Jun 3, 1930, in Red Rock to Elmer Harrison Dugan and Elva Cleo Griffith Dugan. Lived in Afton most of his life. A veteran, he served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Married Wilma J. Busse on Dec 5, 1951, in Bentonville Arkansas, she survives. Burial in Sixkiller cemetery, southeast of Afton.
