Delcour, Cordelia

Tommie' Delcour, of Miami, age 86, died at a Commerce Okla nursing home. Born Aug 8, 1913, at Chitwood Missouri to Hubert Charles Groom and Ethel Sarah Rupe Groom. Lived in Miami since 1978, moving from Picher Okla. She moved to Picher in 1921 from California. Married Willie M. Bill' Delcour on Dec 27, 1932, in Columbus Kansas. He preceded her in death on May 15, 1974. Burial in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami.
