age 90, of Welch Okla, died at 3:15 am Feb 5, 2002, at Craig hospital in Vinita Okla.

born Jan 6, 1912, near Altamont Kansas to James P. Monroe and Lizzie Belle Shearheart Monroe. She attended Elmwood and Mound Valley Kansas schools. Married Curtis Elmer Collins on Aug 9, 1930, in Oswego Kansas. He preceded her in death in Aug 1984. Burial is in Walker cemetery, west of Welch.
