Clevenger, Mary Opal

of Oswego Kansas, died June 22, 2003, at the Infinia Nursing Center in Oswego. She was 96. Born Jun 20,1907, in Cherokee county Kansas, to Walter Brader and Lucy Kirk Brader. She attended schools in Cherokee county Kansas. Lived in Commerce most of her life, having lived for a brief time in Chicago Illinois. She was employed for many years in the garment industry in Miami. Numerous firms managed the factory during her tenure. She was in her mid 70s when she retired. She married Carl L. Clevenger on Dec 24, 1924, in Columbus Kansas. He preceded her in death on Feb 18, 1953. Burial at the Sherman City cemetery.
