Carr, Billy Finis

died Monday when a tractor-trailer rig he was driving ran off Will Rogers Turnpike, climbed an embankment and struck an overpass. He suffered massive injuries and was pronounced dead at Miami hospital one hour, 40 minutes after the accident occurred...a photo of the wreck.

of Fairland Okla, died Aug 4, 2003. He was 48. Born Jul l7, 1955, in Bentonville Arkansas to James Allen Carr and Evelyn Henderson Carr. A veteran, he received the veteran's rites. He moved to Fairland in 2001. Married Imogene Herron on Dec 27, 1975, she survives. Burial in Zena cemetery.
