Bunce, Archie

age 83, of Picher Okla, died at 8:58 pm at Baxter Springs Kansas nursing center on Jun 28, 2002. Born May 1, 1919, in Trenton Missouri to Harry Bunce and Cora Hazel Bunce. Lived most of his life in Picher and was a hard rock lead and zinc miner. Married Bessie Carr on Nov 15, 1968, in Casper Wyoming. She preceded him in death Jun 21, 2002, only seven days ago. Survivors include one brother, Richard Bunce of Baxter Springs; one son, Charlie Bunce of Baxter; two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Burial at the Baxter Springs Kansas cemetery. Note: In Mrs. Bunce's obit it gives their marriage date as 1972.
