Dr. Armstong of Grove Okla died Mar 22, 2003. He was 70. Born Jul 6, 1932, to Tom Armstrong and Teressa McClelland Armstrong, southeast of Seneca Missouri. He received his bachelor's degree in elementary education in 1959. He immediately began his master's degree and completed it in 1962 and completed his doctorate in 1964. Burial in the Buzzard cemetery near Grove.
