Amonette, Arabella

of Norman Okla, died Jul 23, 2003. She was 78. Born Sep 27, 1924, in Williamsburg Mississippi, to Charles Abner and Nancy Mooney Yates. Her parents died when she was young, and she was raised by her grandmother. She moved to Monroe Louisana, to Miami in 1952 and to Norman in 1967. She worked at Monroe Army Air Field. For the last 10 years, she worked at Tinker Air Force Base, where she became base real property officer. Married Lt. Billie Amonette in 1945. He survives. Burial in Norman IOOF cemetery.
