Chris Altebaumer, of Joplin Missouri, died Apr 10, 2003, at Springfield Missouri, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A photo, He was 26. Born Jan 27, 1977, in Tulsa Okla to Leo Altebaumer and Donna Oleman Altebaumer. Lived in Joplin for 19 years, moving from Miami. He was a 1995 graduate of Joplin High School. He was a Navy veteran serving for five years and was a 2nd Class Petty Officer Warfare Specialist on the USS George Washington. Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery in Miami. Parker Mortuary Chapel.
