Allen, Elmer

Mac' Allen, of Jay Okla, died May 7, 2003, at a Tulsa Okla hospital. He was 70. Born Mar 23, 1933, in Colcord to Arch Daniel Allen and Beulah Mae Blair Allen. Lived in the Jay area since 1963, moving from Stockton California. He was the mayor of Jay from 1967 to 1973. Married Jane Owmbey on Nov 30, 1950, she survives. Burial in Mose Ridge cemetery.
