Request:FATAL- fractured skull & left chest wall injure, left hip and pelvis fractured. Fell unaccountable--injured, evidently fell. Earns $3.25 per day as "cleaner man." Injured while wetting up the mill, emp three months. Foreman J. F. Andrews. Two reports combined about this injury. Sharp was watching operation of elevators and then was found unconscious. Neither the foreman, superintendent, chief mine inspector nor any one else has been able to determine what happened. Mr. Sharp died on May 17, 1936.
