Hockerville, Oklahoma...died Monday at his home after a brief illness...he had lived in Ottawa county for the last 49 years. He was a retired miner and a member of the assembly of God church, at Picher Oklahoma. Survivors include his wife, Lavada Power, of the home; a son, Lawrence Richard Power, Tulsa; two daughters, Mrs. Mary June Beets and Mrs. Lavada ann Williams, both of Picher; a sister, Mrs. Ralph Smart, Kelso Washington; 12 grandchildren and sone great-grandchild...burial will be in Burrison cemetery, east of Peoria Oklahoma. Pallbearers will be Ray Sharp, Wyan Sims, Cecil Mahurin, James Williams, Bob Power and Junior North. Honorary pallbearers will be Lynn Vanhoose, Jack Crockett and Kenneth Tucker.
