Obituary -- Dr. M. P. Willis, 64 years old, died shortly after noon today at his home at 105 North Maple Street, Commerce Oklahoma. His death climaxed an illness of several years. No funeral arrangements could be learned this afternoon.

Obituary -- Funeral services were conducted at 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon from the First Baptist church for Dr. M. P. Willis who died Friday afternoon following a long illness. Dr. J. E. Hampton, pastor of the Miami Baptist church assisted by the Rev. C. A. Simmons, pastor of the local Methodist church conducted the services. Mr. H. B. Ralph sang "One Sweetly Solemn Thought." Noel W. Wyatt sang "There'll Be No Tears in Paradise" and a sextette composed of Mrs. J. C. Denton, Miss Sara Johnson, Mrs. H. B. Ralph, Mrs. W. S. Nelson, J. W. Valentine and Elmer Fulcher sang "No Night There." Pallbearers were members of the Ottawa County Medical Society of which Dr. Willis was a member. Fifteen young women acted as flower girls. A large crowd of friends paid their last tribute to the deceased, the church being filled before the hour of the funeral and many were forced to stand. The body was laid to rest in G.A.R. cemetery of Miami.
