Obituary -- James Pilgrim, 51 years old, a roof trimmer, working at Century Mine, two miles south of Cardin Oklahoma, was instantly killed August 14 by a falling timber. Mr. Pilgrim came to Cardin, from Webb City Missouri, about ten days ago and went to work on the mine, where his son, Walter Pilgrim, is ground foreman. The deceased is survived by son, Walter Pilgrim, of Century Oklahoma, and a daughter, Mrs. R. P. Lester, of Webb City. The remains were sent to Webb City, the former home, where funeral services and interment were held Tuesday
