Obituary -- age 22, was killed and his younger brother, Jack Perry, 20, was injured yesterday in an oil truck collision at Billings Montana, according to word received at Commerce Oklahoma, later yesterday. Details of the mishap were not learned. Sel Perry, father of the two youths, left for Montana by automobile immediately after hearing of the accident. Efforts were being made to reach the father today by radio and state police to have him return to Commerce. Jack Perry's injuries were described as not being serious. Young Perry notified other relatives at Commerce today that he would be able to accompany the body of his brother back for burial. The accident victim had been at Billings only a week, while his younger brother had worked there for several weeks. The Perrys live at 418 North River street, it was learned at the Mitchelson undertaking company, of Commerce.

Obituary -- Funeral services for Pete Perry, 22 years old, former Commerce youth who was killed in an accident at Billings, last Wednesday, were to be held at 2:30 pm today at Tiff City Missouri cemetery. Pete Perry, who had been working only for a short time at Billings, was killed and his younger brother, Jack Perry, 20 years old, seriously injured when an oil transport truck the former was driving overturned. The wheels on the truck were said to have locked. Besides the one brother, Pete Perry is survived by his father, Sel Perry of Commerce, and another brother, who lives with his grandmother near Tiff City. The Rev. W. A. Powers of Fairland Oklahoma, was to officiate at services. Burial was to be under direction of Mitchelson undertaking company, Commerce Oklahoma.
