Mills, Robert L.

Obituary -- The Rev. Robert L. Mills, 66 years old, died at his home in North Miami at 4:15 o'clock Sunday morning. He is survived by two sons, S. A. Mills and Lewis Mills of North Miami; two daughters Mrs. A. B. Hooper of St. Paul Arkansas and Mrs. France Wood [?] of Brandon Colorado and a sister in Council Bluff Iowa. Mr. Mills was one of the pioneers of North Miami. He was a minister and led in the work of organizing the Christian church in North Miami and the erection of its building. Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock this afternoon. The Rev. M. R. Graham officiating. Burial was in G.A.R. cemetery, Miami.
