Hoover, George

Obituary -- age 48 years, died at 9:15 am today at his Commerce Oklahoma home on North Main street. Surviving are his wife, Lucy Hoover; two daughters, Mrs. Melva Welch and Mrs. Areta Underhill, both of Commerce; four brothers, Ira Hoover and Clayton Hoover, both of Cassville Missouri, Jim Hoover of Pensacola Oklahoma and Edward Hoover of Bernice; three sisters, Mrs. Ola Clavenger of Cassville, Mrs. Allie Wyatt of Zena Oklahoma, and Mrs. Iva Price of Grove Oklahoma; and two grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The Mitchelson undertaking company is in charge.

Obituary -- Funeral services for George Hoover, 48 years old, who died at Commerce, Monday, will be held at 10 am Wednesday at the First Baptist church of Commerce. The Reverend Kerns will officiate. Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami under direction of the Mitchelson undertaking company.
