Obituary -- James A. Hershman 61 years old, a pioneer resident of the district, died Saturday, Oct 2, at the Odd Fellows' home in Lebanon Missouri. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Alve Olds and Mrs. Emily Helmrick, of Pleasanton Kansas. The funeral was held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Christian church in North Miami Oklahoma, The Rev. Roy Archer officiating. The Odd Fellows were in charge of the service. Burial was in the Miami cemetery under the direction of the Hal Mitchelson funeral home, Commerce Oklahoma.
