Obituary -- Funeral services were incomplete today for Oliver Floyd Fulcher, former Ottawa county Oklahoma resident, who died at his home in Carthage Saturday. Fulcher, 49, had lived in the Commerce for many years before moving to Missouri. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ethel Fulcher of the home, his father Ike Fulcher, Picher Oklahoma, and two brothers, Edgar Fulcher, Anderson California and Elmer Fulcher, Lancaster California.
