Obituary -- 51 years old, died at his Commerce Oklahoma home, 208 South Walnut street at 5:18 am today. A veteran, he served in World War I and had served one year overseas. Flanagin had resided in the county about 40 years. Surviving him are his wife, Anna Flanagin, three sisters, Mrs. Rhoda Lampkin of Los Angeles, Mrs. Nellie Haynes of Singer California and Mrs. Lola Chitwood of North Miami Oklahoma; two brothers Tipton Flanagin of Mountain Home Arkansas and Hurshel Flanagin of Dunlap California and a nephew, Ernest Flanagin of the home. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Commerce Assembly of God church. The Ray Harry Rogers will officiate. Military rites will be conducted at the grave in G.A.R. cemetery by the Miami post of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Burial will be under direction of the Mitchelson funeral home, Commerce.
