Endicott, Robert

Obituary -- Robert Endicott, ground foreman of the Gordon Mine of the Federal Mining and Smelting Company for several years, died at his home in Cardin Oklahoma, this morning. Mr. Endicott, who is survived by his wife, a brother, Edward Endicott, general ground foreman for the Federal Mining and Smelting Company and a number of other relatives, had been in poor health for some time but had not been confined at his home until two weeks ago. No funeral arrangements had been announced late today.

Obituary -- Funeral services for Robert V. Endicott, 36 years old, ground foreman of the Gordon Mine of the Federal Mining and Smelting Company, who died yesterday morning at the home of his mother, Mrs. Rachel Harper, in Cardin, will be conducted at the Cardin Baptist church at 10 am Saturday with the Rev. J. K. Harris, pastor of the Commerce Baptist church, officiating. Burial will be in the Webb City Missouri cemetery. Mr. Endicott had been in poor health for some time, but had not been confined to his bed until the last two weeks. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sybil Endicott, two sons by a former marriage, Charles Endicott and Edward Endicott of Picher, general ground foreman of the Federal Mining and Smelting Company, and a half-brother, John Harper of St. Louis. Note: The name Edward Endicott appears twice in the news article. One time it says he was the brother of Robert Endicott and then states he was a half-brother.
