Obituary -- Mrs. J. N. Duvall, 70 years old, a pioneer of Indian Territory, having settled in Welch Oklahoma in 1898 with her husband and family. Died Friday at her home in Hotel Duvall, Welch. Born in Belmont Virginia on Aug 18, 1862, to Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Keene. While a child, her parents emigrated to St. Charles Missouri where she grew to womanhood and was married Oct 26, 1880 to J. N. Duvall.

Obituary -- Dr. T. L. Robinson of Ponca City Oklahoma, Thomas Pollock of Harrisonville Missouri, Charles Pearson of Muskogee Oklahoma and families and Mrs. Anna Kelly of Fort Worth Texas, and daughter, Mildred Kelly, returned to their homes Monday afternoon after the funeral services of Mrs. J. N. Duvall. Emile Duvall returned to his home in Kansas City Missouri, Thursday where he resumed his work as a city mail carrier.

Scott Walker, Henry Ferguson and Frank Cunningham of Chetopa Kansas, were in Welch Monday morning to attend the funeral services of Mrs. J. N. Duvall.
