Booe, Jones

Obituary -- age 47, died in a government hospital in Tucson Arizona, Friday at 5:30 pm. He is survived by his niece, Wanda Hames of Goodman Missouri, and his sister-in-law Mrs. George Barton of Commerce. Mr. Booe was formerly of Commerce Oklahoma, a veteran he had been in the army since 1914. The body is being returned by the Mitchelson undertaking company of Commerce. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Obituary -- Funeral services for Jones Booe, 47 year old World War I veteran who died Friday in a Tucson Arizona hospital, will be conducted at 2:30 pm Tuesday at the Commerce Assembly of God church. Mr. Booe, who served 24 years in the U.S. army service was a one-time resident of Commerce. The Rev. Jimmy Rogers will officiate at services. Military rites will be held at the grave by the Picher Oklahoma, American Legion post. Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami, under direction of the Mitchelson undertaking company.
