Obituary -- Funeral arrangements were incomplete today for Clair Billington, a lifelong resident of Commerce who died unexpectedly early Sunday. A 45 year old miner, Billington succumbed shortly after suffering a heart attack at his home. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Emma Billington, with whom the deceased resided; a sister, Mrs. Virginia Henderson, Norwalk California; and two brothers, Howard Billington and Dick Billington, both of Phoenix Arizona.
