died in Monett Missouri He leaves a widow and three children "Sunday there was a large crowd of boys and men gathered at Ottawa from early morning awaiting orders to dig the grave of James Williams. But as the body did not come in on the train which, we thought, would bring it they waited all day to show the last act of respect for him that they could do on earth until Charles Fribley phoned down that they would wait until morning. The James Williams funeral at Ottawa was a very effective affair, as every one knew Jimmy and only knew him as a dear good boy. The turnout was large and his pall bearers were of his own associates, while he lived here. We extend our heart felt sympathy to Comrade P. L. and his entire family and more particularly to Jimmy's widow and children." father Pleas Williams mother Martha Anderson Williams
