Cecil H. White, Picher Oklahoma, died at 1:45 a.m. Saturday, in a nursing home here after a long illness. Mr. White had lived in Miami from 1974 until moving to Picher about a year ago. He was an Army veteran and a retired hard rock lead and zinc miner. He was a minister in the full Gospel church in California, receiving a certificate of recognition in 1974 from the Full Gospel Ministries. Survivors include a half- brother, James Rogers, Reed Springs Missouri. Graveside services will be a 9 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Ward Allen will officiate .
