Milford E. Shockley - age 73, of Commerce Oklahoma, died Apr 12, 2000, in a Joplin Missouri hospital. Born Jun 2, 1926, in Cooper Hill Missouri to Archie Shockley and Viola Lemmons Shockley. He had lived in he Commerce area since 1973. A veteran, he served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was in the Philippines Liberation and the Asiatic Pacific theater. He received two Bronze Stars. Married to Thelma McCoy Perry. She survives. Paul Thomas funeral home, Picher Oklahoma. Burial in Greenlawn cemetery in Kansas.
