Funeral services for Paul Lewis, 49 years old, who died yesterday morning at his home in Douthat Oklahoma. Burial will be in Greenlawn cemetery, Kansas. No surviving relatives live in Douthat. Lewis is survived by a brother and several sisters whose names and addresses are not known here. He had not heard from them for a number of years.
