Born Apr 4, 1917, in Alba Missouri to Roy Douthit and Bertha Woods Douthit. She lived in the Picher Oklahoma area most of her life. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Clifford E. Vance and Delbert Bicknell. Burial in Greenlawn cemetery in Kansas.
