John B. Dunaway - Miami, died early this morning, at St. John's Region Medical Center, Joplin Missouri, after an extended illness. He was 72. Adcock Funeral Home, Afton Oklahoma.

He was born Sept. 17, 1927, in Oklahoma City Oklahoma, to Laurence O. Jack' Dunaway and Velma Seamaster Dunaway. He joined the U.S. Army and attained the rank of Lt. Colonel. He then went to work for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and retired from that position after more than 20 years, retiring in 1986. He married Mary Louise Bornhurst on May 12, 1954. She preceded him in death in 1987. He married Ina Stow Roberts on April 5, 1989, she survives. He moved to Miami in 1988, coming from Ft. Townson Oklahoma. Burial in Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens cemetery, east of Miami.
