Epidemic of 1918-1919. Some died in 1917 and some 1920.
1000, at least, local persons died during these years, and
millions died world wide. He may, or may not, have
died of Spanish Flu. At the time health officials were
calling cause of death by many names such as:
pneumonia, flu and even brain fever. The term
"Spanish Flu" came a little later.
