buried at Fairland, Indian Territory, cemetery He died about the 4th of Nov and Oklahoma became a state on Nov 16, 1907. Nidiffer's remains were sent to Fairland, Indian Territory. He was a Northern Electric motor man who died in Chico California, from injuries received in the Live Oak collision, and the body was shipped to Sacramento then to Fairland Survived by Mrs. Nidiffer and three children in California and his mother, five sisters and a brother residing in Indian Territory Oklahoma
