of Olympia Washington, died age 77, on May 26, 2000 born Fairland Oklahoma and attended Fairland schools, graduated Northeastern Oklahoma Junior College in 1943, got his Bachelor of Science degree at OU, following World War II and his Master's Degree in Public Health from Columbia University, 1966 A veteran, he served in the U.S. Navy in the South Pacific during World War II. Later working as a bacteriologist at Globe Laboratories in Fort Worth Texas, and as a chemist at U.S. Borax in Carlsbad New Mexico, before moving to Olympia in 1967, where he worked for the state health department, retiring in 1986. Father Orville L. Cole mother Lillian Bond Cole spouse Sybil Joyce Jackson Cole, survives married in 1947
